Sure, my job's to make you look good -- can't do that if you don't
listen ;o)

None of those look like joysticks to me (ABS should match 0x1, 0x100 or
0x40), so I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the hotplug shell
doesn't cope well with 64-bit data structures.
