Some critics about Ubuntu

That's what I thought, I could have sworn I saw an expert mode when
cycling the F-$ keys before installation- including a server or expert
mode with no X/minimal installation. Even if there wasnt how difficult
is apt-get remove to an admin level user who wants more out of his OS?
Plus since Ubuntu's install takes half the time of most other
distros/Operating Systems, going back to remove what is unwanted seems
trivial.

It sounds like the user wants Slackware with slapt-get instead of
Ubuntu.
