Suggestion: make control-alt-delete bring up system monitor by default

Hi,

Dunno for the other distros but bugzilla.gnome.org has some bugs about
this. This bug is probably a good start, it has a patch and some
pointers to differents bugs: 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130634

Apparently this requires changes in the control-center and metacity. If
somebody want to play with the patches and figure what's needed exactly
that would be nice.
