I just tried it out, and it displays an evil dialog:

"Firefox is not currently set as your default browser.  Would you like to
make it your default browser?

[X] Always perform this check when starting Firefox"

I think that either the dialog should vanish entirely, or at least the
default state of the checkbox should be changed, per the Golden Rule.
