Package for Mozilla Firefox Spanish support

Hi all.

Since I don't see any activity in the mozilla-firefox-locale-es-es front in
Debian nor in Ubuntu, I made one this morning for both distros. BTW, I gave
the Ubuntu one support for the "Language packs" system.

Would you upload it to Hoary?, what's the normal procedure for something like
this?. I will upload it to Debian ASAP.
