Guys, what is the best place for seed proposals? SeedManagement page on
the wiki says "Proposals for adding new packages to the seeds should be
sent to the ubuntu-devel mailing list" but I can't see any response from
developers here.

Maybe this is a wrong place for seed proposals and info in the wiki just
outdated?
