Laptop power management support

Would it be possible to start a list of machines it actually works on,
that way others could know that it already works or start testing.  It's
a fair bit of work to start testing when it already works.

I have a Toshiba Satellite 1900 - Model PS192C-00824
Anyone else tried one of these with success?
