I'm feeling a little alone here talking to myself. :) But I managed set
up a CD image mirror at

	http://ubuntu-mirror.workaround.org

and will provide a full package archive mirror in the next days. James
Troup is informed so he can add the link to the mirros page.

Does any other mirror admin have a few numbers on the montly traffic? We
will probably have no problems up to 1 T. But if that number is heavily
exceeded the ISP will probably charge me.
