Graphical installer

We had planned to do a graphical installer for HoaryHedgehog, but it's
now a "target of opportunity", pending other improvements to the current
installer.

During planning, we looked at the Debian port of Anaconda, and doing a
proper (non-generated) frontend for debian-installer, and for a bunch of
reasons, were leaning towards the latter.

Maybe it'll be on the priority list for the next release. :-)
