Sound server issues, part 2 (experience with Array 2)

In testing, it seems that the delay before giving up /dev/dsp (the -as option)
in esd.conf should be set to 2 for things to work best.

Here is the complete configuration I'm using for best functionality in both
esd and non-esd apps:

auto_spawn=0
# spawn options are used in spawned mode only, overriding default_options
# spawn_options=
spawn_wait_ms=100
# default options are used in spawned and non-spawned mode
default_options=-terminate -nobeeps -as 2


Maybe this could be used as default in Hoary (at least until polypaudio is
ready).
