Buggy behaviour - System menu and active window

Hello, a bug I just noticed wrt (with respect to) System menu (Hoary)
and the active FireFox window (also other apps).

When I click on the System menu to see what its contents are the
active FireFox window loses its focus and DOESN'T return when I let go
of the menu.

This behaviour adds nothing to the workflow so it's a bug IMNSHO -- I
guess I ought to report it through BugZilla but thought I'd point it
out here as well.
