 Maybe it would be, but some users requested to be excluded from ,,last''
command. Sure, we could move them into groups, but, OTOH, anyome can modify
it in thier webpanel. Most of our configs are regenerated from SQL
database, so droping few lines with a list of users that should be skipped
by last is mutch easier. 

 But I'm not a sysadmin. :-) I'm just doing what I've been told. ;-)
