You said it yourself :-). A working computer will bring less violence 
and an open-sourced OS and the right integration in the process of the 
like will help them learn to coop with ppl from all over the world, 
preventing racism, and equality, as in everyone should have the right to 
make programs work as they like, use them for free and such things.
