I noticed that /etc/acpi/lid.sh issues a chvt, I guess to save power by not having X in the foreground. But some laptops (including mine of course) do not receive a signal when the lid is re-opened so I manually have to switch to the X vt. Is this to be considered a bug? -- Dennis K.
