You can lower priority of Microsoft's repository putting the following in the <br>
/etc/apt/preferences file.<br>

Package: *<br>
Pin: origin "<a href="http://packages.microsoft.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">packages.microsoft.com</a>"<br>
Pin-Priority: 100<br>
