Hello!<br>
<br>
The version of Keepass2 in the Repositories is synchronized to
Ubuntu from Debian. Currently, Debian only has 2.35 out and
available. Zesty and Artful both have the most recent sync from
Debian - 2.35.<br>
<br>
For an older version to be in Ubuntu, it'd either need to be
backported or have a PPA created, most likely.. There are some PPAs
when i google to find them, but I can't attest to their reliability.<br>

Description: Password manager<br>
KeePass is a easy-to-use password manager for Windows, Linux, Mac
OS X and mobile devices. You can store your passwords in
highly-encrypted databases, which can only be unlocked with one
master<br>
password and/or a key file. A database consists of only one file
that can be transferred from one computer to another easily.
KeePass can import data from various file formats. The password
list can<br>
be exported to various formats, including TXT, HTML, XML and CSV
files.<br>
