<br></div>Now, back to your issue, I'm in no way an eCryptFS expert or even knowledgeable user but as it is - or at least should be - mounted transparently to the system DejaDup should be okay handling the files inside it...<br>
</div>What is even weirder is that DejaDup seems to not acknowledge there are directories to exclude from the backup :S Could it be a bug in DejaDup? May be you should try luck with DejaDup's support (bugtracker, MLs, IRC, etc.)<br>
