To the developers,<br><br>Although I am not the subscriber of the development mailing list yet. But, I am having problem shutting down / restarting Ubuntu after upgrading from Ubuntu 9.04 to Ubuntu 9.10.<br><br>You may read my post at <a href="http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1308731">http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1308731</a> .<br>
<br>I installed Ubuntu 9.04 through <b>Wubi</b>, then upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 by using update manager in Ubuntu.<br><br>After that, when I try to shut down or restart Ubuntu, I get the following error message:<br><br>"[ xxx.xxxxxx] buffer I/O error on device loop0, logical block xxxxxx".<br>
<br>I have not reported this bug at <a href="https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs">https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs</a> yet. Should I report this bug, please do not feel hesitate to tell me.<br><br>Any action in solving the problem will be appreciated.<br>
