Thank you guys,
In fact, I tried again and pay closer attention to what really happens.
After selecting a language ( I tried both English or french with same result) I made my selection to start the installation and after a minute or two I got a warning window telling:
I/0 Error
Error reading boot cd
with a REBOOT button.
I even tried the check cd for defects and got the exact same message.
Before posting a bug report, I will try downloading a new .Iso and burning a new CD. Who knows, the problem could be just the CD I burnt.
Thx again.

2008/3/13, Viktor Nagy <viktor.nagy@gmail.com>:

Hi,

I was also scared the first time when this "chaotic listing" of
languages popped up in front of me. I realize that this is a feature,
but I really felt it overwhelming, and it scared me.

Wouldn't it be possible to give it a nicer design in line with the
boot screen? (If a non-programmer, non-designer like me can help in
it, just tell me what! :) )

Cheers,
V

On 13/03/2008, Steve Langasek <steve.langasek@ubuntu.com> wrote:
