Hello,<br><br>My name is Tennessee Leeuwenburg. I am the Editor-In-Chief of The Python Papers (<a href="http://pythonpapers.org">http://pythonpapers.org</a>), a free online journal covering Python in the community, industry and academia.
<br><br>It was brought to my attention that the Ubuntu development bounties page notes that development in Python is preferred for Ubuntu projects. This grabbed my interest, and I thought I would ask how important Python is to Ubuntu.
