Future wants for Ubuntu

Hello,  A future want I would like to see for Ubuntu:
I use GUI, and a novice with CLI.

#1.For All updates and security updates, the ability to choose time clock 
to schedule updates.
#2. Updates with option for Yes/No popup notifications that program is 
running.

And if "No popups" is activated, only show program running if you push 
the keyboard "all-programs-running-window" button.  Thanks for your 
time and efforts tomake Ubuntu even better.  Gracias.
