New tzdata release for ubuntu 20.04 lts (and higher)

Hi, guys.

I wonder, how much time does it usually take to release an update version of tzdata package? Asking, because there is a new upstream build (https://www.iana.org/time-zones), and rather critical one to us, who live in Kazakhstan. The clock is to be moved 1 hour back on the 1st of March 2024. The new build of tzdata contains the appropriate rule, thus it is highly anticipated currently.
