Bluetooth questions

Here is a data point on this issue:  I paired this mouse with a 
Macintosh Mini, and I don't get any strange disconnects.  So that means 
it is either my Bluetooth hardware or Ubuntu's implementation.  Given 
that I can get functionality back by running a script that reloads the 
Bluetooth driver and restarts the service, that fact points to a 
software issue.

The script?

sudo rmmod btusb
sleep 3
sudo modprobe btusb
sleep 5
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth

So far, this has worked every time. 20.04 LTS, fully updated.
