Open Source MSDOS Game Decomp Suggestion for Repo

Hi I originally posted this on the Ubuntu forums and was then directed here.

I was looking through the games list and I noticed there is a game that
could be added.
There is an open source decomp for the MSDOS game Raptor Call of the
Shadows that I think would be great for the Repo.
The decomp has the original MSDOS Programmer's approval as well.
