Inquiry on util-linux package version

Dear Ubuntu Developers,

I have an Ubuntu 22.04 on my PC. This version contains util-linux 2.37 
package.

For an uplift I would need 2.39 version. Can you provide some 
information when will be part of Ubuntu the util-linux 2.39?
