Provide a more private, less corporate version of Firefox

Would it be possible to provide a version of Firefox that had settings more oriented towards privacy and less oriented towards major corporations?

Specifically, these settings would be unchecked:
  Recommend extensions as you browse
  Recommend features as you browse
Allow Firefox to send technical and interaction data to Mozilla
Allow Firefox to install and run studies
Allow Firefox to send backlogged crash reports on your behalf
  Suggestions from sponsors

There would be no Shortcuts (which appear in the address bar and on new tabs). Those are to Google and other major sites. Everyone's heard about Google I'm sure and if they want to use it they can use it as their search engine or type it in.

There would also be no Pocket links or the other items in the Homepage section; both the start up screen and new tabs/new windows would be set to a blank page.

For usability, it would also be a good idea to check 'Always show scrollbars'.
