onedrive client v2.4.16 is now available

Hi,

All the Ubuntu OneDrive client versions in Ubuntu Universe are obsolete and
unsupported:

bionic (18.04LTS) (net): folder synchronization with OneDrive [universe] -
1.1.20170919-2ubuntu2: amd64 armhf i386
focal (20.04LTS) (net): folder synchronization with OneDrive [universe] -
2.3.13-1build2: amd64 arm64 armhf
hirsute (21.04) (net): folder synchronization with OneDrive [universe] -
2.4.10-1: amd64 arm64 armhf
impish (21.10) (net): folder synchronization with OneDrive [universe] -
2.4.10-1: amd64 arm64 armhf
jammy (net): folder synchronization with OneDrive [universe] -
2.4.13-1build1: amd64 arm64 armhf

Additionally, all these Ubuntu versions contain bugs and issues that impact
Ubuntu users from actually using the client on Ubuntu.

Please can you update the Ubuntu package to v2.4.16 for all platforms.
