sagemath doesn't work with python3.10.1

HI,

I use ubuntu for a while now (22.04), on two system :  after upgrading 
20.04 with 22.04 in gwls2 sagemath-9.4 works fine, but on my ubuntu 
22.04 installation sage work still last update with python3.10.1 sage 
doesn't install in ubuntu 22.04 with this version.

Are you going to correct it ? I guess for the version release out  ?
