[python3-glance-store] Package update request

Hello,

I would like to know if this patch [1] can be applied to package python3-glance-store (2.0.0-0ubuntu3) in focal-updates.

It is about real performance improvements regarding glance image upload when using Ceph/rbd backend and when the source image size is not known.
