autoinstall cloud trying to load from cdrom

I am doing a GRUB - entry to replace existing linux.

  append  initrd=/initrd.ubuntu.20.04 autoinstall ds=nocloud-net;s=
https://myserver.com/autoinstall/ splash fsck.mode=skip

I have the user-data file there... and meta-data file there also.
The error I see is its saying trying to mount /dev/sr0 and of course - that
is not there - I am looking for a cloud install.

What is wrong on my ds= command that is not finding my user-data file and
doing cloud install vs cdrom?
