intel microcode issue with Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9980HK CPU @ 2.40GHz

It seems like that nobody can't help me. So hope you will review info about CPU mentioned here https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=339625 and provide a fix or latest intel-microcode version. Please HELP.
