Groovy-Focal alsa-ucm-conf update request from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 (Debian testing/Sid)

Hi there.

I filed the following bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-ucm-conf/+bug/1871306
because chtmax98090 sound card on Bay trail does not work.

The bug has been fixed upstream (alsa project), by bringing into Focal and
Groovy the new version 1.2.3 available in Debian testing and unstable it
fixes the bug.

Even if it's considered a single user bug, there's a large base of
Chromebooks out of ChromeOS support with that architecture: it is a
potential Linux user base.

Of course I'm available for testing and explanation.
