openshot-qt: outdated version

Hi,

The version of openshot-qt (https://www.openshot.org/) currently
provided (v2.4.3) in Ubuntu 20.04.1 is broken and will crash often. It
is assumed that this package has not been updated based on the following
bugs:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=925754
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=925755

However, those have been fixed and the packages provided via
http://ppa.launchpad.net/openshot.developers/ppa/ubuntu work fine.

How can the default Ubuntu repository be updated with the new version?
