libESMTP hosting

Please note that libESMTP is now officially hosted at 
https://libesmtp.github.io/ where more information can be found.

The old websites at stafford.uklinux.net and brianstafford.info are no 
longer available and the associated email addresses no longer function. 
Please update any links and references to reflect this change.

I have been unable to find maintainer contacts for Red Hat and its 
derivatives, if you have these I would appreciate if you could either 
pass them back to me or forward this message.
