Could you share the way that I can update CUPS driver to v2.3.3 on ubuntu-16.04.7-desktop-amd64.iso?

Question:
I installed ubuntu-16.04.7-desktop-amd64.iso, system information as below.

ubuntu-16.04.7-desktop-amd64.iso come with CUPS driver V2.1.3.
Cups driver version is still V2.1.3 after I install CUPS driver v2.3.3 with the commands "./configure   make    sudo make install".
Could you share the way that I can update CUPS driver to v2.3.3?
