xorgproto: permission in x11proto/fontsproto

Dear Ubuntu Team,



I am employee in a Bosch company and our team is working on the project regarding autonomous transport systems (automated guided vehicle or AGV).



There is one open source package called xorgproto, 2018.4-4 which contains x11proto and fontsproto.

The license text written in COPYING-x11proto and COPYING-fontsproto doesn't grant the permission. In this case, we actually cannot use it. Please see below.

But normally the XFree86 project uses this license text with clear permissions:

Therefore, may I ask you, why this permission text is removed and could you please add them?

I attached the source code for xorgproto, 2018.4-4 as well.
