Unfortunately can not find the package for arm64, pretty please compile it :-)

Looks to me like it has been built for arm64:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/avahi-daemon
It is in main so even if you were missing sources.list entries you'd still
be able to see this package to install it. Did you run `apt update`, to
update the list of available packages, first? This is required on a new
installation because the install doesn't include the list of packages to
save space in the image.
