The Kitty package in 19.10 is old

Hi,

The current Kitty package in 19.10 is 0.14.3-1, released on 2019-07-29.
There have been 5 releases since then with numerous new features and bug
fixes, with latest release on 2019-12-21:

Is it possible to publish the updates to the 19.10 repos?
