about Ubuntu ipmitool package update

Hi

I downloaded and installed Ubuntu 20.04, I see ipmitool home page is changed to github already, but the contents still are not newest,

how can I contact the maintainer? I would like to ask them aboit ipmitool release plan, thanks.
