debmirror compatibility with Kali

I don't think this is something I've fixed in later versions, but I'd
need to dig.  Could you please file a Debian bug against debmirror
(https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting) containing:

 * the version of debmirror you have installed
 * the full contents of the debmirror wrapper script you're running
   (editing out any secrets if necessary, but there probably aren't any)
