Outdated Package (Weechat)

Hi

I found that the package "Weechat" (Weechat-Core) is version 1.4 in the
repos,

Version 1.4 is an old version (released Jan 10, 2016), current version
available is 2.0.1

Is there in anyway that I can help? (If you need someone to maintain)
