missing deb dependency for "onionshare" deb package

Hi,

"onionshare" deb package provided for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS lacks "python3-distutils" dependency. If this package isn't installed, onionshare fails to launch.

Description: Share a file over Tor Hidden Services anonymously and securely
 OnionShare lets you securely and anonymously share a file of any size with
