No time for cospiracy here, really...
And anyone can be a GNOME developer here.

So, filing bugs is the way to go (better upstream for such things), make
your proposals, get consensus or, in any case, get your hands dirty to
fix what you don't like.

We're not so many people around all these projects, any help is appreciated.
