If you wish that somebody solves the issue, it belongs to the bug
tracker of the distro you are using and not to a discussion list of
another distro, that has got less to do with the distro you are
using. Mint is free to use packages from Ubuntu, but the Ubuntu
community can't solve issues caused by a derivative. Let alone that you
even didn't mention on what Ubuntu release Mint 16 Sarah is based and if
XPenguins including it's complete dependency chain, is from official
Ubuntu repositories only. If you at least would mention this, you could
expect help from perhaps Ubuntu users (I don't recommend to ask at the
Ubuntu users list, since by the policy it's unwanted, but some users
are likely willing to help, if it should be something users could
solve).
