Updating package on universe

Can we update the pcp package (and its dependencies) to something newer?

The current version 3.8.12 came out almost 3 years ago back in January 2014.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/pcp

Maybe to 3.11.5 or newer would be nice.
