cre2posix defines the same names as POSIX

can you please have a look at the following thread on PCRE2?

Would it be possible to apply on PCRE2 POSIX the same debian patch that
was applied on PCRE POSIX?
Otherwise it seems sometimes impossible to link with  libpcre2-posix.so
