gwakeonlan: Binaries missing

I opened a bug in Debian, and I'm uploading a fix shortly in deferred/2 queue.

So, in 3 days, Ubuntu yakkety should get the fix too.
(feel free to test it and report back directly to me, or to ask a fix for xenial or whatever you prefer too)
