Postfix version 3 for ubuntu xenial

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any chance to get the current postfix
version into xenial.
There is already a bug filed about that:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/postfix/+bug/1531801

As of http://de.postfix.org/ftpmirror/ version 3 is current stable release.
The version comming with current xenial version is 2.11.3, which might
reach its EOL, before ubuntu 16.04 LTS does.
