libgpod CLI Package Name (16.04)

Hello,

I am running Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (amd64) and I am surprised to see the
package name for the libgpod CLI is "libgpod-cil" and not "libgpod-cli" as
I expected.

Is this a typo?
