Ubuntu 16.40 plans - DPDK 2.1 - Xen

Hey guys,

 What are the plans for Ubuntu 16.04 related to DPDK, are plans to
enable Xen support? More OpenStack integration / docs ?

 Xen linked with -> DPDK dev ?
 DPDK linked -> Xen dev ?

 Also, I'm wondering about the DPDK test Apps, is there any docs that
tells how to build those tools under Ubuntu 15.10 server these days?
